Best sushi on Maui

Although the bigger places like Sansei's are good and have great specials, this little place upcountry has by far the best sushi on Maui. It's a little pricey and the ambiance is a little lacking (it's a cafe/ice cream place by day; very casual), but Ben and Kim know what their doing. The fish is always fresh and the rice is perfect. You can bring your own alcoholic beverages. Be sure to go ahead and order a lot in the beginning or even call it in ahead of time because it can take a while on a busy night. My personal favorites are the 69 roll and the 007. These specialty rolls are a little more expensive, but you get more pieces and they're so pretty you'll want to take a picture.
